IHCPR Appraiser provides consultative and evaluative services to providers engaged in the sale and purchase of existing individual and group practice arrangements. IHCPR Appraiser can also participate in the negotiation for the sale, purchase or lease of existing practice arrangements depending on the proclivities of either the seller or buyer. IHCPR Appraiser can also write the contracts for the sale or purchase of the business.
