What system requirements must my computer have?

The following system requirements are needed to use IHCPR Site Brand Builder:

  • Microsoft® Windows® 98
  • Internet connection (28.8kbps)
  • Web browser - Internet Explorer 6.0 or later versions, Netscape 7.0 or later versions, or Firefox 1.0 or later versions.
  • Intel® Pentium® II or AMD 64 Processor
  • 64MB of RAM

For best results, we recommend the following:

  • Microsoft® Windows® XP or later
  • Internet connection (56kbps or faster)
  • Web browser - Internet Explorer 6.0 or later versions, Firefox 1.5 or later versions.
  • Intel® Pentium® III (or equivalent)
  • 256MB of RAM or greater

 

How do I know what my computer system has?

To check what your processor is, MB of RAM, and space available:

  • Click the Start Menu in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.
  • Select Control Panel.
  • Double-click System (a new window will open)
  • Select the General tab for your computer’s information

 

Can IHCPR Site Brand Builder be used on a Macintosh computer?

Site Brand Builder is not currently compatible with Macintosh Computers. It is under construction and we hope to have it Mac compatible in the very near future.

 

Why do different browsers make my site look different?

Aside from being created by different companies, each browser also has many versions. An older version may display fonts differently which may reformat your content. A majority use Internet Explorer or Firefox. For a free upgrade of your browser click on the links below:
