1. How do I select a design layout for my website?
Click the Settings Icon at the top of your site and select the Change Template tab. Click on the design itself to view the home page and a secondary page layout. To select a template, click on the circle below your template choice. Click the Finish button to change to that design. You may change designs at any time. If you would like something custom designed we can create one for you. Contact us at info@ihcpr.com for more information.

2. How do I place my Logo in to my web site?
Click the Preloaded Logo on the left side of the HOME page to upload your own logo.

  • Click the Upload Logo Button, this will bring you to the Image Selection Box which includes files of preloaded images or the ability to ADD your own.
  • Click Add ++ button and then Browse button to search for your logo on your computer.
  • Click Upload Image to import your logo/image into Image Selection Box.
  • Select your image from the Image Selection Box to automatically place your logo on your home page.
  • To change your logo, double click the Logo Box on your Home page and return to the Image menu.
Your logo will automatically be saved.

3. What if I do not have a logo?
If you do not have a logo, you may choose from the following options:

  1. You may upload a generic image pertaining to your business and enter your business name in the field below it.
  2. You may contact us at info@ihcpr.com to have us custom design a logo for you.

4. How do I add or change the written content?
Click on any Content Box and type your information. The tool icons above each content box allow you to Bold, Italicize, Underscore, Bullet, or Number your content.

5. How do I add additional pages to my site?
To add pages to your Web site, Click the Add Pages icon.

Your Page List will show what pages are currently on your web site.

Click and Drag your pages to move them in the order you would like them to appear on your web site.

Click the Eye icon to indicate which pages are seen on your web menu. To have a hidden page of content that will read through a link only, remove the Eye by clicking the icon.

Click the Red X to remove a page.

Add ++ allows you to Add your own custom pages or choose from some preloaded title pages. Type or select your title and click Add Page.

Continue Adding Pages as needed. You may have up to 12 pages visible in your menu.

Click the white x in the corner of your Add and Re-order Pages blue box for the changes to take effect.

6. How do I add Sub Pages to my existing pages?
To add Sub Pages to your Web site menu pages, select the page you would like to add sub pages to from the menu of the left side of your Home page.
Click the ADD Pages icon.

Your Page List will show what Pages are on the menu page.

Select the Add Sub Page Icon on the menu page you would like to add secondary pages to.

Add ++ allows you to Add your own custom pages or choose from some preloaded title pages. Type or select your title and click Add Page.

Click and Drag your sub pages to move them in the order you would like them to appear on your main page.

Click the Eye icon to indicate which pages are seen. To have a hidden page of content that will read through a link only, remove the Eye by clicking the icon.

Click the Red X to remove a Sub Page.

Continue Adding Pages as needed.

Click the white x in the corner of your Add and Re-order Pages blue box for the changes to take effect.

7. What if I don't want all of my content pages listed on my menu?
Any content that you want viewed only by clicking on a link, rather than appearing on your menu will be indicated by the Eye Icon when you are in the Add Pages/ Add Subpages area. IF the Eye Icon appears next to a page title, it will be visible on the menu. If the Eye Icon does not appear than that page will be hidden and viewed only as a link from another page. To determine which pages are to appear on the menu, Click the box to make the Eye appear or disappear.

8. Is there a limit to the Number of pages I can have?
A Full Website has an unlimited amount of pages and 50MB of storage for images and content. 50MB of storage will provide you with plenty of room for graphics, logos and files; however, if you will be uploading many MP3 files and/or a large portfolio of images, additional MB can be purchased on our ala carte menu.

A Single Page site has 1 (one) page for content and up to 30MB of storage for images. If additional space is needed, you can upgrade your Single Page Site to a Full Website at anytime.

9. How do I add an image from the photo library to my site?
To use one of the preloaded images in our files, Click on the Insert Image (tree) Icon on your tool bar of your Content Box. Choose the Main Gallery folder to select an image. The image you select will automatically be place with in the Content Box you are working on. Click the image within the content box and drag the corners of the image to create the desired size of the image.

10. How do I add my own photos to my site?
To add your own images to you site, Click on the Insert Image (tree) Icon on your tool bar of your Content Box.

Click Add ++ button and then Browse button to search for your image on your computer.

Click Upload Image to import your logo/image into Image Selection Box.

Select your image from the Image Selection Box to automatically place your image on your page.

The image you select will automatically be place with in the Content Box you are working on. Click the image within the content box and drag the corners of the image to create the desired size of the image.

Your logo will automatically be saved in the image Selection Box for future use.

11. Can I link content from my pages to either another page within my site or to another website?
Yes, Anchor Icon in the tool bar of your Content Box, allows you to link words from your content to other pages or other web sites. Highlight the word(s) you want to use as your link and click on the Anchor icon.

A menu will appear giving you 3 options.

  1. To link within your own site, select the Within Site tab and choose from the drop down menu which page to link to.
  2. To link to another web site, select the Offsite tab and enter the full url address – for example http://ihcpr.com If the full url incuding the http:// does not appear then your link will not correctly go to the website you want. If you choose to have your link go to an email than enter the email address in the designated box.
  3. To go to a file (word processor document or pdf file), select the File tab and Browse to find your file on your computer. Select Upload file to have file placed within your list of files to be chosen for links. Choose your file that you want linked to your text and it will be automatically applied.
To check if your links are working correctly, Click the Save Icon of your Content box , then Click the Preview Site at the top of your Site. This will Preview your site in a seperte tab and not disturb what you were working on. The Preview Site is a great tool to see your site as it looks to others without it going live.

12. Can I make my site any color I want?
Yes, your site can be customized to use whichever colors you choose.

To change the Colors on your web site pages, click the Colors icon.

Color boxes will appear with a brief description of the area to be changed.

ex. Template #1
Box 1 is for the TOP of your Content box on your Home page and Top of the bottom border.
Box 2 is for the Bottom of your Content box on your Home page and Bottom of the bottom border.
Box 3 is for your Title headings of each menu page.
Box 4 is for your Text.

After clicking the Colors icon, click which box to change. A Color Chooser will appear. Choose a color and the click the OK button. Once you have chosen your colors for all four boxes, click Apply Colors.

13. Am I able to see what my site looks like with out all of the edit tools?
Yes, to view your web site, click the view Site icon. This will allow you to view your web site. If your site is live, changes take effect immediately. If you are building a new site that is not live yet, this will allow you to view your site as it will look to others. To make any further changes, close out of the View Site and return to your template.
