Credentialing and Certification
- IHCPR will obtain approval as an NCQA approved Credentials verification Organization for all different classes of provider;
- A separate program designed to integrate chiropractic into the mainstream of health care; by educating, training and certifying chiropractors (and other providers) periodically using continuing competency methods as quality health care providers, is being developed. This program prepares chiropractors/providers to work in interdisciplinary teams providing patient-centered, cost-effective, care by utilizing evidence-based practice parameters and best practices, and by employing quality improvement outcome measures and informatics.
- IHCPR will be able to provide a list of quality based, IHCPR trained and credentialed providers to employers, health benefit plans, insurers, the government, subscribers and other interested parties as needed and upon request.
