Counselor
A program for practitioners just starting out in practice (Commencement) and those already in practice (Guidance) to provide practitioners with an intellectually honest, ethical practice model for integrating health care practices (initially chiropractic, with physical therapy, massage therapy and acupuncture soon to follow) into mainstream health care with particular attention focused on patient-centered, patient-safe, cost-effective, evidence-influenced care and best practices.
- This program includes the development and publication of a textbook entitled: “Healthcare Practitioners Business Practice and Legal Guide” through a contract signed with Jones & Bartlett. (2007 release)
- Includes a program of seminars, presentations and consulting services for practitioners that reviews the gamut of organized practice development from where to locate, how to integrate into your health care community, employment agreements, staff employment practices and manuals, compliant documentation/record keeping, HIPAA requirements, reimbursement practices and more.
- In addition, IHCPR will offer a number of specialty services as well:
- Employer-employee matching;
- Hourly/project consulting
- IHCPR Healthcare Employment Contract Review and Developmen t
- Demographics Studies/assessment
- Business Buyer/Seller matching and intermediary services
- Consulting services for chiropractors, massage therapists and
acupuncturists to gain hospital privileges
