Compliance Consulting
This is a program designed to meet the needs of employers, health plans, insurers, the government, payers and providers. It will assist all classes of provider, set up, implement and maintain compliance with the HHS Office of Inspector General Independent and Small Group Compliance Program. It will also help providers set up and maintain compliance with the CMS/HHS Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Fraud and Abuse Provisions; the HIPAA Electronic Transaction and Code Set Standards; the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and the National Provider Identification Numbers.
